Privacy policy
Last updated October 2026. This is a draft and should be reviewed before launch.
What we collect
Your sign-in details (email, or name from Google, Microsoft or Apple), your profile photo, name, title, hometown and introduction, your private 007 Mission and availability, the events you join, and the posts, votes and answers you submit.
Before you sign in
While you build your profile, your answers and photo stay on your own device. Nothing is uploaded until you confirm and create your account.
Who sees what
Only people in the same event see your public profile. Your 007 Mission is never shown to anyone — it's used only to suggest matches. The big screen shows your photo, name and title as “Just Joined” unless you turn that off. Anonymous posts hide your name and photo from attendees and the screen; organizers' systems still record who posted for safety.
Organizers
Event organizers and their moderators can see attendee lists and submissions for their event so they can moderate it. They can't see your private answers.
Ads and links
Ads may include a QR code to an outside website. Those sites have their own privacy practices.
Your choices
You can edit your profile, hide from the screen, leave an event, or ask us to delete your account at any time through the Contact page.
